Test Center Administrator (FT)
Location: Jefferson City, MO – Test Center Address: 1739 Elm Court Suite 108, Jefferson City, MO 65101
Reports to: Test Center Manager
Department: Test Center
Job Overview The Test Center Administrator (TCA) serves as the face of Prometric in test centers worldwide, verifying candidate identification, monitoring exams, and upholding strict policies and guidelines to ensure exam integrity.
Available Schedule
Full time – hours vary; site open Monday‑Saturday 7 am‑6 pm, Saturday availability required, occasional evening or Sunday hours.
Flexible scheduling: open to shifts any day Monday‑Saturday between 7 am‑10 pm.

Responsibilities
Maintain and apply expert knowledge of test center policies and procedures.
Greet examinees and verify identification.
Perform required security checks, including wand usage.
Continuously monitor candidates during exams.
Report and resolve candidate issues with urgency.
Maintain a secure environment and materials in the test center at all times.
Ensure every candidate receives a fair and comfortable testing experience.
Report any occurrences outside company guidelines.
Flexible scheduling based on Prometric operating days.
Represent Prometric's vision, mission, and values.
Safeguard the test center from misconduct.
Digitally scan and record candidate fingerprint identification, if applicable.
Qualifications Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
College experience is a plus.
Experience
Minimum of one year of in‑person customer service experience (call center, retail, restaurant, etc.).
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Skills
Professional and effective communication with candidates and coworkers.
Accurate, detailed report writing and correspondence.
Ability to multi‑task and handle small tools, packing equipment for shipping or unpacking for installation.
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows applications (MS Office, Outlook, web browsing).
Physical Job Requirements
Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 lb.
Ability to remain stationary for extended periods while administering exams.
Ability to move through the test room every 8‑10 minutes and escort candidates in and out.
Visual ability to adjust/focus screens and view testing room through camera monitors while proctoring.
Ability to maintain computers in lab/office settings in tight spaces while observing safety protocols.
