What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead, mentor, and develop the field support team to ensure adherence to processes and procedures
Manage relationships with key vendors and negotiate terms to optimize costs for airframe maintenance events
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate business forecasts and identify cost-saving opportunities
Act as the primary liaison between customers and the technical team to resolve complications and enhance service quality
Oversee the transition from Salesforce to Elevate, ensuring a seamless digital transformation
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Aviation
Proven leadership experience in managing maintenance events
Strong technical knowledge of airframe maintenance and operational execution
Bachelor’s degree in an aviation-related field preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with strong interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in planning and managing maintenance events for a fleet operator
Ability to read and write articulately and analytically
Clear understanding of relevant technical skills
Capacity to multi-task and perform well under pressure
