What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead, mentor, and develop the field support team to ensure consistent adherence to processes and procedures
Manage relationships with key vendors and ensure effective negotiations for airframe maintenance
Contribute to accurate forecasting and budget management for airframe maintenance events
Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the technical team to address and resolve issues
Oversee the transition from Salesforce to Elevate to improve operational efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
Proven leadership experience in managing maintenance events
At least 10 years of experience in Business Aviation
Strong technical knowledge of airframe maintenance
Bachelor’s degree in an aviation-related field preferred
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in planning and managing maintenance events for a fleet operator
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate articulately and analytically
Ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure
