One of the top Site Work/Snow and Ice Management Contractors in Anchorage, Alaska, is looking to enhance our growing operations team with a top-notch Human Resources Generalist to support our expanding demand and growth.
This position oversees all human resource aspects of the company year-round and involves implementing new HR software, including Recruiting, to foster a positive HR culture at Titan.

HR Preferred Expertise includes:
Promoting a positive work culture

Recruiting employees within the state and nationwide as needed
HR software implementation
Training and development, employee retention, and management
Safety and OSHA management

Providing 2 weeks paid vacation per year
Performance management, especially in Snow and Ice Management, including recruitment and employee retention, and performance analysis
Conflict resolution
Responsibilities & Duties: Reporting to the Leadership Team, this onsite HR Generalist and recruiter will support business objectives through HR programs and strategies. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries on recruitment, orientations, employee relations, health and safety, performance management, benefits administration, and HR administration.
Key duties include:
Responding to employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
Providing recommendations and feedback to improve HR policies and programs
Staying updated on industry trends and employment legislation to advise effectively
Preparing, maintaining, and updating HR paperwork, forms, and correspondence
Providing HR counseling on disciplinary actions, payroll, and employee incentives
Organizing social and company events, community involvement, and implementing health and safety standards
Ensuring legal compliance with relevant legislation (Occupational Health and Safety Act, Employment Standards Act, etc.)
Job Requirements:
Administration diploma with a major in Human Resources or Recruiting
Human Resources Management Certificate (completed or in progress)
At least 3+ years of proven HR experience
Joint Health and Safety Certification
Ability to assert ideas and influence others regarding HR issues and programs
Strong organizational, active listening, and multitasking skills
Ability to identify development areas, create action plans, and deliver results
Valid Driver's License
