Donor Engagement Coordinator
The Blood Center is now interviewing for a full‑time Donor Engagement Coordinator. This position is responsible for helping to develop and implement strategic communications and promotional initiatives that increase awareness, encourage blood donations, and strengthen donor relationships. This role combines creativity, digital savvy, and a passion for saving lives through impactful messaging and engaging campaigns across social media, print media, and community outreach platforms. Experience with graphics/design software, public address systems and audio/visual equipment, and a high level of creativity is a must! A college degree in marketing/communications or a related field is desirable. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and own transportation. This position requires excellent planning, marketing/social media, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
The Blood Center pays a competitive starting wage and full benefits package including paid holidays, health, dental and life insurance on date of hire, paid time off after six months, and an employer‑contributed retirement plan.

Qualifications
Licenses:
Valid driver’s license
Education:
College degree in marketing/communications or related field is desirable
Experience:
One year promotions, marketing or special events experience

Excellent organizational, communication, customer service, planning, and marketing skills
