Partner Solutions Architect, AI Solutions with a strong focus on

AI and agentic enablement

to join our growing team in North America. Reporting to the

Head of Partner Enablement & Solutions , this role is pivotal in empowering our partners to build, sell, and deliver next-generation AI and agent-based automation solutions. Critical roles you will assume: Enabling our partner ecosystem

through strategic training, assets, and guidance to help them confidently position and implement Workato’s AI and Agentic capabilities. Supporting partners during pre-sales and post-sales engagements , acting as a trusted advisor in solutioning, architecture, and best practices to drive successful customer outcomes. As a champion for partner success, you will drive thought leadership, provide technical guidance, and scale adoption of Workato’s platform across our strategic alliances. You will also collaborate closely with our Product Management and AI team to provide feedback from the field, helping shape the direction of our AI offerings. As a

Global Partner Enablement & Solutions Team,

your primary focus will be empowering partners in

North America . Additionally, you will support the

scaling of our strategic partners on AI and Agentic initiatives globally , helping them deliver transformative solutions across industries in both pre-sales and post-sales engagements. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our

key partners—including consulting firms, system integrators

—to enable them to architect, design, and implement innovative,

AI-powered and agentic solutions

that address complex business challenges and drive automation at scale. Y ou will also be responsible to: Build strong relationships with key partner technologists and technology leaders across NA. Enable, train, and support partners on Workato’s Agentic and Agentic Apps capabilities, best practices, and architectural patterns. Execute architectural workshops, enablement sessions, hands-on engagements, PoCs, and demos that showcase Workato’s AI and agentic use cases. Support partners during the implementation phase for strategic accounts, providing technical oversight, troubleshooting assistance, and ensuring successful delivery of AI-driven projects within scope, budget, and timeline. Guide strategic partner technologists, client leads, practice leaders, vertical BU leaders, CTOs, engineers, and consultants through Workato’s point of view—especially in the context of intelligent automation and AI agents. Collaborate with technologists from strategic partners to ideate, build, and bring to market joint solution capabilities that incorporate AI and agentic orchestration. Create and deliver impactful technical presentations, architectural enablement programs, and demo environments focused on real-world AI and agent-led scenarios. Represent Workato and our joint AI capabilities at industry events, technology conferences, and partner forums. Serve as a technical solutions expert with a deep understanding of AI architecture, integration strategies, and agent-based workflows, offering advisory and troubleshooting support. Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to relay partner feedback, contribute to AI-related product improvements, and help shape the roadmap for agentic capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Partner Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success) to refine product vision and drive success for partners and their customers. Set and achieve quarterly objectives related to partner enablement, AI expertise development, process optimization, and reusable asset creation. Continuously strive to deliver an exceptional partner experience and position Workato as the go-to platform for enterprise-grade AI and agentic solutions. Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

Bachelor’s degree

in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in AI development. Demonstrated success as an AI Engineer,

with a portfolio showcasing impactful machine learning or AI-driven projects. 6–10 years of experience in partner enablement or solutioning

within a SaaS or iPaaS environment. Strong familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs)

and direct experience in developing or supporting chat-based AI applications. In-depth understanding of

prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, function calling, chain-of-thought reasoning , and other advanced techniques for optimizing LLM behavior and performance. Hands-on experience working with any one of

OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Amazon Bedrock, Anthropic, etc

with a proficiency in using APIs would be preferred rather than just front-end chat interfaces like ChatGPT or Claude. Practical knowledge of

iPaaS platforms, middleware,

and

integration

architecture , including web services, enterprise messaging, APIs, SOA, ESB, BPM, SDKs, and databases. Proficiency in

Python programming

or a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles would be an added advantage. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences. Proven ability to build and nurture strong partnerships with consulting firms, system integrators, and technology partners. Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics
