About the Role Do you want to be part of an innovative and rapidly growing business? Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Sr. CX Strategist, Special Projects with strong business acumen and a high bar to join the AWS Private Pricing Programs and Experiences (3PX) team. 3PX was conceived from the belief that many current and future AWS customers can realize more value from cloud by deepening their relationships with the AWS Private Pricing Program, and this role will help drive the growth and scale of Private Pricing through cross‑functional and highly‑visible initiatives.

In this role, you will drive the growth of the Private Pricing Program by defining and delivering against strategies that transform how customers discover, engage with and choose Private Pricing. You will partner with stakeholder teams across AWS to assert your vision, drive consensus, and bring your vision to life. Through this work, you will deepen relationships with customers and enrich our understanding of their needs, increase the Private Pricing customer base, and scale the program by improving the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive strategies that transform how customers discover, engage with and choose the AWS Private Pricing Program.

Create and run new discovery and conversion points to drive down‑funnel conversion.

Continuously inspect and learn from metrics and anecdotes, and run experiments to gain insights quickly for continuous improvement.

Manage stakeholders and senior leadership to propose ideas, gain alignment and report on progress.

Serve as the CX bar raiser on planned updates and launches to ensure an optimal customer experience.

Basic Qualifications

6–8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Experience managing cross‑functional projects and initiatives.

2+ years of experience in customer experience (CX) strategy or design.

Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing customer‑centric strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to master complex concepts quickly and independently.

Strong business acumen and tenacity; ability to work autonomously through ambiguity and complexity in a fast‑moving environment to drive results.

Ability to define and drive intuitive, seamless and customer‑centric user experience.

Experience driving communications channels and delivering measurable success.

Experience working directly with senior leadership.

Unflappable poise; can pivot gracefully.

Data‑ and feedback‑driven; dedicated to continuous improvements.

Ability to interpret data and make business recommendations.

Experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication.

Experience working with fast‑moving, high‑performance teams and driving innovative solutions tailored to unique business environments.

Compensation The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market.
