Overview
Medallia is the pioneer and market leader in Experience Management. Our award‑winning SaaS platform, Medallia Experience Cloud, leads the market in the management of experiences, insights, and actions for candidates, customers, employees, patients, and residents alike. We believe that every experience is a memory that can last a lifetime. Experiences shape the way people feel about a company, and they greatly influence how likely people are to advocate, contribute, and stay. At Medallia, we are committed to creating a world where organizations are loved by their customers and their employees. We empower exceptional people to create extraordinary experiences together. Bring your whole self.
Role and Team We are seeking an experienced Product Leader to be responsible for our integration product strategy for Medallia’s Experience Platform. This role will define and execute a roadmap that further strengthens Medallia’s product‑to‑product integrations, seamlessly incorporating current and future acquisition/partner offerings into the Medallia Experience Cloud (MEC) and evolving our integration tooling to meet the needs of our customers and the market. A key area of emphasis is for this leader to rapidly execute on the team’s priorities and be hands‑on in driving timely and measurable progress with high intensity.
Our Platform ingests billions of records (surveys, calls, conversations, cases, and more) while generating meaningful insights and actions for our customers. Operating at this scale, we drive our product priorities to deliver on three key objectives: (a) Unifying our product capabilities (including acquisitions and partner integrations) to continue to help our customers use the full spectrum of our tools, (b) streamlining our offering and driving high operational efficiency, and (c) unlocking greater customer ROI by meaningfully using data and AI to solve key business problems and use cases in a horizontal and reusable way. The Platform Product Team effectively balances business and technology needs in meeting these objectives and acts as the champion for both customers and internal users.
This is a highly strategic role that sits at the intersection of platform architecture, acquisition unification, and admin and developer experience. You will directly impact how Medallia becomes the central hub for customer experience data and functionality across the enterprise technology stack.
