RH is seeking a Project Leader, Optimization Team, to elevate product knowledge and transform the way our customer-facing teams understand, present, and inspire with the RH assortment. This role turns materials, craftsmanship, and design philosophy into compelling education, strengthening storytelling, deepening expertise, and driving performance. The ideal candidate is a thoughtful communicator with a discerning eye for detail and design, dedicated to crafting elevated learning experiences that embody the RH brand.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and develop the education and training strategy for new product and collection launches, ensuring the narrative reflects RH’s aesthetic and values Collaborate closely with Product Development, Merchandising, and other cross-functional partners to ensure accuracy, alignment, and clarity across all product education
Translate complex product details - materials, craftsmanship, construction, and design philosophy - into compelling selling tools that support and elevate client interactions
Analyze field feedback and performance insights to identify product knowledge gaps and design elevated education that strengthens understanding and enhances performance
Compose, refine, and publish product-related communications that inform, inspire, and connect teams to the RH Brand
Champion consistency of messaging and presentation across all education platforms, ensuring training materials reflect RH’s point of view
OUR REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in education, learning & development, retail training, or related work; experience in luxury retail or customer-facing environments preferred
Exceptional attention to detail with an elevated design sensibility
Demonstrated experience creating and delivering effective, visually compelling learning content
Proficiency in Canva; experience with InDesign, Photoshop, or other content-creation platforms preferred
Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with business leaders and Field Teams
Excellent communicator with demonstrated capability in content creation or visual design
High level of professionalism and sound judgment, including the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Extended periods of sitting, computer use, and content creation.
Occasional travel for team meetings, training sessions, or product launches as needed.
Occasionally lift and transport up to 20 lbs. of materials or product samples when supporting training or education initiatives.
Occasionally support work outside of business hours to meet deadlines aligned with product launches and field needs
