THE COMPANY Youth Athletes United was created to provide the best programming and service in the market for youth sports, starting with their first sports experience. Our goal is to provide an experience where every child is an athlete. The long‑term impact will allow us to create healthy habits at a young age, teach life skills and increase youth activity across the board.

THE HISTORY Super Soccer Stars has been in the youth soccer business for over 22 years and have been recognized as the largest operating program in the US. Chicago North Shore and Barrington is a new Super Soccer Stars franchise that is looking for initial leadership to support its growth.

THE ROLE We’re looking for an energetic, hands‑on General Manager to help grow and manage Super Soccer Stars programs in the community. You’ll wear many hats: building partnerships with schools, parks, and community centers; coaching, recruiting and training new coaches; and ensuring smooth operations across schedules and staff. This is a great opportunity for someone with a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves attitude, who loves both working with children and driving program growth, and who can seamlessly switch between selling classes to school program directors onsite and managing staff and schedules behind the scenes.

Responsible for overseeing operational aspects of the Chicago North Shore and Barrington programming including:

Sales and business development.

Partner relationship management.

Hiring and developing staff.

Strategic schedule building and administration.

Coaching on the field when needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Grow the Game

Identify and pursue new opportunities with daycare centers, private elementary schools, recreation departments, community centers, parks, and partner facilities.

Build and nurture community relationships that expand program reach and impact.

Ensure strong brand visibility and maximize enrollment at all program sites.

Lead on the Field & Off

Support scheduling of classes and camps to keep programs running smoothly.

Prevent and have a consistent plan for last‑minute cancellations, maintaining program quality.

Train, mentor, and onboard new coaches to deliver fun and consistent experiences. (keep as originally)
