Job Description
Lumina HealthCare is looking for a Dentist to work on a Per Diem (As needed) basis in the Los Angeles, CA area. Qualified candidates will be expected to pick up at least 3 shifts per month and round at multiple facilities within a designated territory.
Responsibilities
Conduct routine, preventative dental examinations
Perform routine extractions and fillings
Perform denture fabrications, relines, and repairs
Provide oral hygiene instructions to patients
Build a good rapport with patients, families, facility staff, and company staff
Provide excellent chairside communication to enhance the patient experience
Duties
Weekday commitment: No call, evenings, or weekends
Deliver dentistry at the bedside in post-acute care settings as well as chairside in adult day habilitation settings
Round daily at multiple facilities
Qualifications
DDS or DMD
State professional license
Valid state driver’s license
