What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive the cybersecurity program, ensuring alignment with company security and compliance posture
Own threat and vulnerability management across IT, OT, and data environments
Build scalable security operations and manage the implementation of security controls
Lead compliance and posture management, advancing certifications and assessments
Establish and run a Third-Party Cyber Risk Management (TPRM) program to mitigate vendor risk
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 8 years of experience in identifying vulnerabilities and delivering mitigation plans
Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, GIAC, or EC-Council desired
Hands‑on expertise in at least two areas of cybersecurity (e.g., network security, cryptography)
Proficiency in using Python or Rust for automating security workflows
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in cross‑functional collaboration
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in senior or lead roles such as Principal Cybersecurity Engineer or Cybersecurity Architect
Familiarity with production‑ready coding environments in the energy trading or financial trading sector
Solid understanding of national energy markets and renewable energy portfolios (e.g., PJM, ERCOT)
