Job Responsibilities

Drive the cybersecurity program by aligning activities with the company's security/compliance posture

Own threat and vulnerability management, assessing risk across OT/IT/data environments

Build scalable security operations and create frameworks to detect and quantify security events

Lead compliance and posture management, administering CSPM platforms and advancing certifications

Secure the ecosystem by establishing a Third‑Party Cyber Risk Management program

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of experience identifying vulnerabilities and delivering mitigation plans

Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, GIAC, or EC‑Council

Hands‑on expertise in 2+ technical areas, including network security, cryptography, or vulnerability assessment

Experience running audits and certification programs across SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST frameworks

Strong written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in production‑ready coding environments in the energy trading or financial trading sector

Solid understanding of national energy markets and renewable energy portfolios (e.g., PJM, ERCOT, SPP)
