A law firm seeks a Corporate Attorney to join its corporate practice in Manchester, NH. This role offers the opportunity to work with leading corporate lawyers, engage directly with clients, and develop professional skills in a supportive environment.
Duties
Collaborate with partners and clients on entity formation and structuring.
Advise on corporate governance and strategic transactions.
Draft and negotiate contracts, mergers, and acquisitions.
Manage billable hour requirements and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
2 to 5 years of general corporate experience.
Prior private firm experience preferred.
Admitted to the New Hampshire or Massachusetts Bar, or eligible to waive in.
Education
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Bar admission in New Hampshire or Massachusetts.
Skills
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Excellent client service and writing abilities.
Hybrid work schedule available.
