Position Summary

The Sr. Project Associate is a cross‑functional project manager responsible for guiding initiatives from concept to delivery across CRM, analytics, and content programs. You will coordinate diverse teams, manage scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholders, and ensure timely, high‑quality results in a dynamic environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Act as the project manager across multiple initiatives, guiding work from start to finish. Own end‑to‑end project lifecycle: kickoff, scope definition, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. Develop and maintain project plans with timelines, dashboards, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria; manage dependencies and priorities. Allocate and coordinate resources across teams and external partners; assign tasks and track progress against plans. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; resolve impediments and handle issues; manage changes to scope, schedule, or resources. Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, gather requirements, and ensure alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations. Communicate project status clearly to stakeholders; produce regular status reports, dashboards, and milestone updates; manage communications and expectations. Maintain thorough project documentation for traceability, audits, handoffs, and knowledge transfer. Drive continuous improvement through post‑project reviews, lessons learned, and adoption of best practices. Prioritize work and triage requests using a formal process; manage backlogs and ensure timely delivery of high‑priority items. Build and maintain relationships with team members, sponsors, and external partners to support delivery and quality. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time, within agreed scope and budget (where applicable). Resolve any impediments throughout the project lifecycle and support communication for bugs with Product. Advanced organizational, planning, and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Jira or Atlassian experience. Experience in PowerPoint and Excel for presentations. Experience working in cross‑functional, multi‑dimensional teams and projects. Experience managing multiple teams and their respective priorities. Experience in leading and guiding teams. Experience in vendor engagement related to project delivery. Adapt to change and constantly improve. Research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication with all levels within an organization. Understands how to communicate difficult or sensitive information tactfully. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Power Skills
