Part-time or Full-Time Available Responsibilities: Ability to answer multi-line phones Handle customer inquiries in a timely manner; enter call notes; create work orders; provide quotes; prepare service agreements; filing; scanning and data entry; pulling and re-filing customer records; daily dispatching and routing; bookkeeping Add new service customers and additional services to existing customers Reach team growth targets by deadline Support service and warehouse teams Qualifications: Associates Degree Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields Familiarity with DHS-Total Recall Software a plus Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel Ability to build rapport with clients Strong written and verbal skills Deadline and detail-oriented Must pass background check QuickBooks experience Our company has a drug free environment policy.
