Full-Time | $75,000–$83,500/year
We are seeking a
Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT)
to join a multidisciplinary early-intervention program serving children ages 2–7 with autism spectrum disorder and developmental delays. This position offers a collaborative work environment with strong support from OTs, BCBAs, SLPs, and classroom teams.
Physical Therapist (PT) Responsibilities Complete PT evaluations and re-evaluations for children ages 2–7 Provide
individual and small-group pediatric PT sessions Develop and implement play-based treatment plans Document daily notes, progress updates, and evaluation reports Collaborate with OTs, BCBAs, SLPs, and early childhood educators Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings Provide parental education and staff consultation Supervise PTAs and PT students when appropriate
Physical Therapist (PT) Qualifications Active
Missouri Physical Therapist license Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy 1–2+ years of pediatric experience required Experience with autism, sensory processing, and motor development Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and lift to 25 lbs. during sessions CPR certification or the ability to obtain

Schedule Daytime, in-clinic hours Full-time, consistent caseload Collaboration and documentation time are built into the schedule
