Loving family is seeking a dependable and adaptable full-time nanny for their 15-month-old daughter. With mom working as a physician assistant in emergency medicine and dad serving as an Air Force pilot, the family needs a caregiver who thrives in a dynamic, rotating schedule. They’re looking for someone long-term, who is not only reliable and experienced with toddlers, but also kind, communicative, and flexible.
Responsibilities:
Provide engaging, developmentally supportive care
Manage child’s laundry and baby dishes
Monitor and respond to child’s dairy and egg allergy
Offer coverage for rotating schedule (including occasional weekends)
Assist with feeding and refilling water for two friendly dogs
Qualifications:
CPR Certified
First Aid Certified
Experience with toddlers
Familiarity and comfort managing food allergies
Flexibility and reliability with dynamic, rotating schedules
Additional Information:
Child has food allergies (dairy and egg)
Family owns two older dogs that are easy to care for (dog door access)
Looking for a long-term nanny who can become a trusted part of the family
Schedule shared in advance; predictability within the rotation
Dad is away for a month every 6 months—extra hours needed during that time
$30/hour Qualifications
