This cross-functional role is the operational heartbeat of the company—bridging our CRM and technology needs, warehouse and inventory systems, ecommerce platform, and day-to-day business operations. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the internal owner of our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent)
Translate business needs into CRM updates and coordinate with external developers
Test new features, oversee implementation, and troubleshoot system issues
Provide support to field and office staff on tech issues (logins, workflows, app usability)
Act as the single internal point of contact for IT issues
Coordinate with outsourced IT provider and filter internal requests
Resolve access, hardware, and software issues (printers, logins, device permissions)
Operations & Warehouse Oversight
Create systems and processes for warehouse layout, labeling, and inventory flow
Coordinate technician supply needs and ensure operational continuity
Manage small operational tasks (e.g., vendor outreach, maintenance scheduling)
Inventory Management
Oversee inventory tracking processes and data accuracy
Align inventory systems with CRM and ecommerce integration
Support audits and reporting for stock levels and movement
Ecommerce Oversight
Maintain and update the company’s ecommerce platform
Coordinate with marketing for launches and promotions
Ensure content accuracy, product listings, and backend system integration
Cross-Departmental Coordination
Manage internal projects and support process improvements across departments
Serve as the operational and technical bridge between office staff, field techs, and vendors
Troubleshoot workflow inefficiencies and document internal procedures
Qualifications
Strong experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred; Salesforce acceptable)
Background in operations, project management, or systems implementation
Understanding of warehouse and inventory processes (not manual labor)
Comfortable working with external developers and IT vendors
Excellent communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills
Able to handle multiple projects and support a growing business environment
