What you’ll do:
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Roofing Low slope category aligned with company growth and profitability goals.
Run advanced sourcing processes using should‑cost modeling, TCO, and other industry best practices.
Lead supplier negotiations and deliver best‑in‑class agreements.
Build and manage supplier scorecards, SLAs, and quarterly business reviews.
Partner with suppliers on joint business planning, innovation pipelines, and private label opportunities.
Proactively manage supplier risk, continuity planning, and compliance.
Collaborate with merchandising, finance, and supply chain teams to align category sourcing with business priorities.
Leverage AI, analytics, and digital sourcing tools to transform category management.
What you’ll bring:
Proven sourcing and category management experience in world‑class sourcing company utilizing strategic sourcing best practices
Strong negotiator with experience applying procurement best practices.
Skilled at balancing fact‑based negotiation with trust‑based supplier partnerships.
Experience with supplier scorecards, SLAs, joint business planning, and innovation programs.
Digitally fluent, with hands‑on experience in e‑sourcing tools, analytics, and AI.
Commercially sharp, able to drive cost competitiveness while enabling innovation and top‑line growth.
Strong communicator who thrives in cross‑functional environments.
