+ Conducts and provides clinical instruction, lectures, seminars, and related educational offerings, both within OSUWMC and at the regional and national level.
+ Collaborates with faculty and leadership in the Division to develop and refine medical student, resident, and fellow training opportunities.
+ Serves as a mentor and sponsor of residents, fellows, and faculty in the Department.* Research and Scholarship:
+ Supports clinical and translational research activities and innovation
+ May serve as PI or Co-I in grants and/or clinical trials
+ Serves on Department, OSUCOM, or OSUWMC committees to represent the research and innovation interests of the Department, as appropriate* M.D., D.O., or Ph.D. in imaging and/or imaging-related fields* Board certification in Radiology (ABR, AOBR)* Subspecialty fellowship in relevant Diagnostic Radiology discipline, or equivalent experience* Must possess or be eligible for licensure in the State of Ohio* Must support and embrace the diverse and inclusive culture of College of Medicine, the Medical Center, and the UniversityOur new hospital tower, scheduled to open in 2026, is the largest single facilities project ever undertaken at Ohio State. It’s designed to enhance a unified Ohio State Wexner Medical Center campus providing world-class patient care, leading-edge research and outstanding clinical training.
• 820 large, private rooms to elevate patient-centered care, nearly doubling the number of beds we have today
• Enhanced connections between the new inpatient hospital and the OSUCCC – James
• More than half an acre of terrace space and a quarter acre of green space for a small park
• 148 additional beds for patients of the OSUCCC – James
• 51 neonatal intensive care unit bassinets
• State-of-the-art diagnostic, treatment and inpatient service areas; imaging; operating rooms; and critical care and medical/surgical beds
