About StemWave StemWave is a non-invasive regenerative medical device company reshaping healthcare alongside our provider partners. Our technology helps people live pain-free by activating the body’s natural healing process and improving quality of life without drugs or surgery.

About the Role We’re looking for a

Head of IT & Business Systems

who will own, optimize, and scale StemWave’s internal technology ecosystem. This role will serve as the primary systems leader across the organization, responsible for the strategy, architecture, administration, and performance of platforms including Salesforce, NetSuite, HighRadius, RF-Smart, and marketing/lead-gen integrations. This role will also own the company website from a systems and integration standpoint, ensuring seamless data flow between web, marketing, and business platforms.

This is a

high-impact, hands-on role

with full ownership of systems strategy, process improvement, data flow integrity, and cross-functional alignment. You’ll partner closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to streamline workflows, automate manual work, and enable visibility as we grow.

If you’re energized by building scalable infrastructure in a fast-moving company and want true ownership and decision-making authority, this role offers a rare opportunity to shape systems before scale locks in.

What You’ll Do

Own StemWave’s business systems ecosystem: Salesforce, NetSuite, HighRadius, RF-Smart, Zapier, AWS, and paid media integrations

Serve as the technical owner of Salesforce (configuration, automation, workflows, reporting, permissions, integrations)

Own all website-related technical infrastructure, including backend logic, lead capture, form routing, attribution, tracking, and server management

Lead, manage, and develop IT and systems team members and oversee contractors, external developers, agencies, and vendors; scope and QA their work

Build or oversee API development, custom integrations, middleware, and automation frameworks

Improve data hygiene, reporting accuracy, workflow automation, and system reliability

Build internal SOPs, system documentation, permission frameworks, and audit processes

Maintain extremely high proficiency and accuracy in spreadsheets, reporting, and data workflows

Manage and prioritize competing tasks across multiple functions with clear communication and structure

Troubleshoot system-wide technical issues and serve as the escalation point

Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

Support business growth through new systems, workflows, channels, and integrations

Develop and execute a long‑term technology roadmap for the organization

Who You Are

7-10+ years of experience in IT, business systems, or full-stack development - Candidates may come from roles such as Business Systems Manager, Full-Stack Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Operations Lead, MarTech Engineer, Salesforce Technical Lead, or Integration Architect.

Experience leading and managing direct reports and the ability to manage contractors or external developers

Full-stack development background with strong backend engineering skills

Experience building and maintaining APIs, integrations, and automation workflows

5+ years of Salesforce experience (administration, configuration, automation, integrations) and experience with NetSuite, Zapier or similar automation tools, and AWS or other cloud hosting environments

Expert-level proficiency with spreadsheets, data modeling, and data QA

Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks and requests

Strong understanding of paid media integrations and attribution logic (Meta, Google, YouTube, Bing)

Experience connecting websites to CRM and marketing systems

Strong communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
