Job Description
Independently manage multiple locations, spending time inside and outside
Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
Assist customers with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required
Physical Requirements
Lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
Walk and navigate facilities, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks (sweeping/mopping interior areas, maintaining exterior grounds, curb appeal)
Qualifications Experience:
Successful candidates come from customer‑service‑centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies.
Transportation:
Employees must have a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle to travel between work locations and/or conduct work‑related business. Mileage reimbursement available.
