Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.

Our office is located in Culver City, CA. Our office is open 9a-5p Mon-Fri. I have been a State Farm agent since 2002. I am a proud graduate of Grambling State University, BS Economics. We have 20 years of combined insurance experience in our office. Additional languages spoken: Spanish.
