Salary: US$62,500–$70,000 (national). In California: US$68,640–$82,200. In Washington: US$77,968–$82,000. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription, Discounted Stock Purchase, 401K and generous PTO.
As an Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouses. Your responsibilities go beyond daily management – you will be instrumental in implementing processes to optimize warehouse operations, guide frontline associates, foster a safe and productive work environment, and drive overall success.
Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support, and fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging.
Take proactive measures to consistently uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering heightened safety awareness throughout the organization.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement; provide regular reports and analysis to management.
Foster an environment of open communication and collaboration; facilitate regular and effective dialogue among leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
1+ years of operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role (preferred).
1+ years of logistics industry experience (preferred).
Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills (preferred).
