Overview
At Global Apparel Alliance, we are experts at delivering superior customer service to our clients, and we need to find the ideal person to fill our needs. This position requires proper and effective communication with clients via phones (both inbound and outbound proactive calls) and emails.
Routine duties will include answering and placing calls to customers and prospects, conducting accurate computerized data entry, and responding to inquiries regarding shipment tracking, physical inventory and order status working across multiple systems. We have years of experience in our industry, and we seek committed, caring, passionate professionals to join our growing company.
Responsibilities
Field inbound and make outbound proactive phone calls
Monitor email communications to keep in touch with customers
Process inbound/outbound shipment and return paperwork in compliance with SOPs
Manual data entry of orders and other client information
Electronic file manipulation and troubleshooting
Up-selling of goods and services when appropriate
Providing support to other team members as needed
Conducting yourself in a professional manner with both our customers, and your co-workers.
Qualifications and Skills
Professionalism and an improvement focused attitude
Fast learner that pays attention to details. You must master our WMS and shopping cart systems and be able to toggle between multiple computer screens.
Proficient in problem solving
MS Excel
Minimum 3 years customer service or sales experience
Work Hours & Compensation
Operating hours: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm; Mon - Fri (8 hr shift)
Starting pay based on experience with benefits offered after a probationary period. Preference for applicants with cover letter and resume reflecting professionalism.
