Description Shift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring each customer has a fast, accurate, friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers, maintain quality, service, cleanliness, safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for smooth operations.

Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun and are passionate about working in McDonald’s fast‑paced environment.
