Description We’re looking for an energetic leader who can keep our fast-paced environment running smoothly. The successful candidate will manage daily operations, ensure high service standards, and drive a positive team culture.
Responsibilities
Plan and monitor shift activities to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
Lead crew and other managers during shifts, coaching and supporting team members.
Ensure safety, security, and profitability of the restaurant.
Communicate with the next Shift Manager to enable seamless transitions.
Help departments meet their operational targets.

Qualifications
Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality settings.
Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
Passion for working in a fast‑paced environment.
Must be 18 years or older.
Benefits
Hourly wage $19.66–$20.16
1 week paid vacation after 1 year as a Manager (based on average hours worked)
Paid sick leave: 1 hour per 40 hours worked

Tuition assistance: $2,500/yr for crew; $3,000/yr for managers
