Job Description
Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside
Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required
Physical Requirements
Transport, lift or move items weighing up to 35 pounds
Walk around facilities spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal clean and free of debris
Qualifications Experience:
Successful candidates come from a variety of customer‑service‑centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service‑based companies.
Transportation:
Must have a valid driver’s license and use own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or for work‑related business. Mileage reimbursement available.
