Job Description
Manage multiple locations independently, working both indoors and outdoors
Assess customer storage needs and provide recommendations, including selling packing and moving supplies
Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent
Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily business
Assist customers with payments, make reminder and collection calls as required
Physical Requirements
Lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
Walk in and around facilities, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks: sweeping, mopping interior areas, maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal free of debris
Qualifications Experience in customer‑service–centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies.
Valid driver’s license required; must use own vehicle to travel between work locations and conduct work‑related business (mileage reimbursement available).
