The Genesys Analyst position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Genesys Cloud CX implementation within the client, including integrations with other contact center tools. This role is a key member of the technology team, enabling Genesys to maximize productivity by addressing contact center requirements and providing strategic guidance on utilizing its capabilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead development and deployment of omnichannel flows (IVR, Chat, Chatbot, email) within Genesys Cloud Architect. Deploy other Genesys modules, such as Voice-of-Customer surveys and Knowledge Center, coordinating with IT teams and vendors. Analyze business requirements, estimate timelines, document design, configure systems, and support deployment. Collaborate with API and Data Engineering teams for data integration using REST APIs. Troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade, and proactively resolve issues. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve project or production issues. Apply SRE best practices for platform high availability. Perform additional duties as assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, IT, or related field, plus 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent. Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX Architect, AI technologies, and RESTful APIs. Experience with source control (GitHub), Terraform/CX as Code, and Genesys Cloud capabilities. Knowledge of authentication methods (Oauth, SAML). Experience in Agile environments preferred.
