On-Site What you will do: Design and deploy omnichannel experiences (IVR, chat, email, bots) using Genesys Cloud Architect Implement modules like Voice-of-Customer surveys and Knowledge Center Translate business needs into technical solutions, including system configuration and deployment Collaborate with API/Data Engineering teams for seamless data integration via REST APIs Maintain platform reliability, troubleshoot issues, and apply SRE best practices What you will need to be successful:
Strong software development experience Proficient in Genesys Cloud CX, especially Architect and AI tools Experience with GitHub, Terraform/CX as Code, and RESTful APIs Genesys Cloud CX Developer certification Benefits overview: Dental, health, and vision insurance 401k PTO
