Heating And Air Conditioning Mechanic - Facilities Management Join to apply for the Heating And Air Conditioning Mechanic - Facilities Management role at Monmouth County Salary: $43,100 + $5,000 stipend. Annual base pay range: $43,100 – $43,100. Under supervision, the Monmouth County Heating and Air Conditioning Mechanic will install, maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment and components. Collaborate with coworkers and other trades to complete renovations. Overtime is required at the discretion of the County. Monday through Friday. During winter months duties include snow removal. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance work. Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment and components. Respond to emergency maintenance repairs. Snow removal during winter months. Requirements Valid driver's license required. Three (3) years of experience in work involving the maintenance and repair of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment.
