The Public Works Department - Division of Buildings & Grounds is seeking a full-time Heating & Air Conditioning Mechanic. Job Duties: Under direction, maintains and repairs heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment; does related work as required. Job Requirements: Three (3) years of experience in work involving the maintenance and repair of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment. License: Appointees will be required to possess a valid Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician Certification of the appropriate level, commensurate with the type of equipment serviced, issued under the authority of the Federal Environmental Protection Agency. Appointees will be required to possess a driver's license valid in New Jersey only if the operation of a vehicle, rather than employee mobility, is necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
