Respond to incoming customer inquiries and schedule sales appointments. Confirm appointments and follow up with customers to ensure attendance. Provide exceptional customer service and support to both clients and the sales team. Maintain accurate records of all appointments and customer interactions. Assist with coordinating and rescheduling appointments as needed. Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions for customer meetings. Contribute to meeting sales targets through appointment management and customer engagement. Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or scheduling role is preferred. Automotive Sales or BDC experience preferred Strong computer skills, including Teams, Outlook, and various CRM's Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using basic office software and appointment scheduling systems. Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Benefits:
