Base pay range $35.00/hr - $42.00/hr As a Snow Removal Heavy Equipment Operator, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our clients' properties safe and operational during the winter months. You’ll be responsible for operating heavy machinery to efficiently clear snow and ice, ensuring high-quality service that reflects our brand’s commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities Equipment Operation: Safely operate heavy equipment, including plows, loaders, and skid steers, to remove snow and ice from designated areas. Safety Adherence: Strictly follow all safety protocols and company procedures. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure it is in optimal working condition. Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to snow removal team members, ensuring efficient and coordinated efforts. Communication: Promptly report any issues or service opportunities to account managers. Experience And Skills Heavy Equipment Operation: Proven experience operating snow removal equipment. Safety Knowledge: Strong understanding of safety protocols and practices. Leadership: Ability to lead and coordinate with team members effectively. Problem-Solving: Quick thinking to address challenges that arise during snow removal. Position Requirements Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. On-Call Availability: Ability to work during late-night or early-morning hours, often on short notice. Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
