Overview

The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, affiliated with Elmhurst Hospital Center, serving the culturally diverse community of Western Queens, has an exciting opportunity for a Neurologist to join as faculty. The hospital is easily accessible by public transportation and car from all areas of New York City, New Jersey and Long Island. Responsibilities

Alternating direct inpatient (Stroke Ward or General Consultation services) and some outpatient follow up care. Teaching, supervision and mentoring of PGY3 Neurology Residents, Medical Students, Stroke Fellows as well as mid-level Providers in an academic setting. Qualifications

MD degree and board eligible or certified in Neurology and Stroke with a valid New York State License, DEA and Medicaid number. Compensation and Benefits

Faculty appointment with the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai commensurate with credentials, experience and qualifications. Highly competitive compensation and benefits package including CME. Total compensation derives from base salary and participation in the Faculty Practice, with expected starting range of $290-$340k depending on experience. How to Apply
