Vascular Area Clinical Leader (Dallas/Phoenix)
This position is based in Dallas, TX and Phoenix, AZ. The role is fully remote with up to 75% overnight travel.
Overview Solventum, the former 3M Health Care, is seeking an experienced clinical leader to act as a strategic advisor to internal teams and key customers on vascular clinical strategy. The candidate will drive best practices, deliver advanced education, and support economic value discussions with evidence‑based data.
Responsibilities
Act as strategic advisor on wound care clinical strategy and industry best practices.
Collaborate with sales leadership to identify educational opportunities.
Present compelling data and clinical applications during priority customer engagements.
Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare customers.
Plan and lead comprehensive customer education events.
Provide escalated clinical or technical consultation to customers.
Consult with internal stakeholders on clinical/technical matters.
Support economic objection handling with evidence‑based clinical efficacy.
Aid in resource management for conversions and evaluations.
Maintain continuous learning through professional associations.
Translate current industry standards (e.g., ERAS, AAMI) for customers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 2 years of healthcare experience in a hospital, surgery center, or long‑term care setting.
OR
high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of similar experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Current, valid driver’s license; personal vehicle required for company business.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational, time‑management, and analytical skills.
Understanding of adult learning principles.
Demonstrated ability to build internal and external collaborative relationships.
Experience with public speaking and technical presentations.
Preferred: RN, VA‑BC, CRNI, or BSN certifications.
Strong understanding of clinical value drivers across hospital care areas.
Travel & Location The role is remote but requires up to 75% overnight travel. A personal vehicle is used for company business.
Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $137,439 – $167,981 per year. Compensation includes variable incentive pay and benefits such as Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability, Life Insurance, and retirement plans.
