I am working with a highly ranked, well-regarded midsize firm seeking a junior litigation attorney to join its
commercial litigation
practice in the
Minneapolis
office. The ideal candidate will have:
1–4 years of
litigation experience
at a top law firm or through a judicial clerkship
Graduation from a top law school or a federal judicial clerkship
License to practice law in Minnesota (required)
Licensure in Illinois, or willingness to obtain it (a plus)
Responsibilities
Handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters
Represent clients in federal and state trial-level and appellate courts, before administrative tribunals, and in arbitrations, mediations, and other forms of dispute resolution
Take ownership of matters and provide immediate value to case teams
Appear in court, take depositions, and interact directly with clients
Qualifications
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Desire to take initiative and responsibility in
litigation
matters
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range:
$215,000–$270,000 , based on experience and qualifications
Bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits package
Mentorship that matters: Every new attorney is paired with a dedicated senior associate or partner
