Why This Role Is Important To Us SimCorp is recruiting a Principal Business Consultant to implement SimCorp One at asset managers, fund managers, banks and pension plans across the US and Canada. The consultant will be responsible for all aspects of the implementation process, primarily focusing on the Operations functionalities, with experience in alternative investments.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Lead implementation projects throughout the project lifecycle: gathering requirements, configuration, documenting and presenting solutions.
Lead presentations to clients and prepare project artifacts such as project scope and solution documents.
Build network with internal and external stakeholders.
Understand and apply SimCorp’s Global Standard Solutions, support maintenance and contribute to improvements.
Lead knowledge sharing within the organization and improve project best practices.
What We Value
Experience in Asset Management, Mid-Back Office, Financial Reporting, Consulting, Professional Services or Software Implementation within the Asset Management sector.
10+ years of experience working with operations functions for investments.
Experience with enterprise implementations involving operations functions on the buy side, and similar applications to SimCorp One.
Experience with alternative investments (CAIA Certification considered an asset).
Understanding of investment process, analytics and related accounting for alternative investments.
Experience with SimCorp One is an asset.
Ability to travel to client sites and attend SimCorp office 2x/week per hybrid policy.
