Job Responsibilities: Manage exhibit and sponsorship sales for major industry events, developing strong relationships with destinations and travel companies Partner with the Senior Director, Business Development, to secure sponsorships for various U.S. Travel events Track sales and revenue progress, preparing accurate reports on results while coordinating with Finance on collections and cancellations Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute effective sales and marketing plans Provide on-site support during events, ensuring excellent service for exhibitors and sponsors What is Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Minimum of five to seven years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within a trade association or travel industry Proven experience interacting with executive teams and high-profile stakeholders Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume projects and multiple priorities Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
