FP&A Manager – Senior Executive Recruiter, LHH
LHH is partnered with a global professional services organization headquartered in Washington, DC in their search for a results‑driven FP&A Manager. This role is ideal for a finance professional with 8–10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering within complex, client‑focused environments. The FP&A Manager will be a key contributor to the firm’s financial strategy, supporting leadership across multiple practice groups and driving initiatives that impact the organization at large. This is a high‑visibility role with the opportunity to grow into a Director‑level position.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across global practice groups and organization‑wide functions.
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, pricing strategies, and operational efficiency.
Partner with senior leadership to deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on financial and operational data.
Prepare and present monthly financial reporting packages, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Support long‑range planning and scenario modeling to guide strategic decision‑making across the firm.
Collaborate with accounting, operations, and practice group leaders to ensure alignment between financial goals and business strategy.
Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting capabilities.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
8–10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, ideally within a global professional services or client‑centric environment.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or similar).
Experience working with senior stakeholders and presenting complex financial information in a clear, compelling manner.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.
