Catering Manager

to lead our catering operations. Our Passion is Food!

Position Summary As a Catering Manager, you will manage the Catering Department, including training new associates, overseeing event set‑ups, and directing temporary personnel alongside everyday assignments. You will ensure proper service to clients during events, including set‑up, cleaning, and breakdown procedures.

Responsibilities

Supervise all catering events.

Operate event logistics, quality improvement, sanitation, and all facility‑related activities.

Collaborate with the Chef to create menus.

Train catering associates in service techniques, menu presentation, and customer service.

Track and monitor labor and food cost for each event.

Communicate at various levels to include management, client, customer, and associate levels; maintain excellent client relationships.

Assist in responsibility for all food‑service related activities.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

2 years of food service experience, including 1 year at a management level.

Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, or related food service operations.

Required catering experience.

Knowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, food‑cost controls, and presentation.

Financial, budgetary, accounting, and computational skills.

Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet).

ServSafe Certification.

Compensation Salary : $110,000–115,000 annually.
