About West Pines Acadia Healthcare and Intermountain Health have partnered to open a state‑of‑the‑art 144‑bed inpatient behavioral health facility serving Denver area residents in Westminster, Colorado. The facility offers comprehensive inpatient and intensive outpatient services to meet the growing need for accessible, high‑quality behavioral health care in the Denver metro area.

What You’ll Do

Lead HR Strategy: Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.

Drive Talent Acquisition: Manage full‑cycle recruiting and implement creative strategies to attract top talent.

Champion Engagement: Develop programs that boost retention and foster an inclusive, empowering culture.

Advise Leaders: Provide guidance on staffing, compensation, benefits, workforce planning, and employee relations.

Ensure Compliance: Maintain accurate HR documentation and uphold regulatory standards.

Mentor & Develop: Lead and grow an HR team committed to excellence.

What We’re Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is REQUIRED.

Experience: 3–5 years in HR leadership with expertise in recruitment, training, compensation, and HR systems.

Preferred: Professional HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM‑CP/SCP), Inpatient behavioral health HR experience.

Skills: Strategic thinker, relationship builder, and problem solver with a passion for people.

Salary Range $102,000 - $115,000 DOE
