Center Physical Therapy Director - $15K Sign on Bonus! Join the team as a Center Physical Therapy Director at Agile Occupational Medicine.

Summary As a Center Therapy Director, you will be responsible for providing treatment programs to restore and improve the physical functions of our patients. You will design programs based on the patient's specific goals to get them back to work and life with dignity and confidence. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality, and in a timely manner.

Specialties: Orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, ergonomics, injury prevention.

Work Schedule:

Flexible scheduling available, including 4x10s or 5x8s

Salary:

Starting compensation range $85,000 – $125,000 annually. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. $15K sign‑on bonus available.

Clinical Responsibilities

Assesses the therapeutic and rehabilitative status of the patient and develops an appropriate treatment plan

Updates and modifies the treatment plan on an ongoing basis

Uses clinical reasoning in treating and planning, implementing, and monitoring patient progress

Instructs and counsels patients effectively in exercises, home programs, and patient education

Maintains open communication with the patient and referring physician (when applicable) regarding the patient's plan of care and progress

Treats team members, patients, families, and others with dignity and respect

Performs other job‑related duties as assigned

Administrative Responsibilities

Manages day‑to‑day clinic operations to ensure compliance with company medical management model

Offers analysis, information, and suggestions with the end goal of developing ancillary service operational policies; determines productivity, production, quality, and patient‑services procedures

Manages and directs staff including physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and physical therapy technicians

Oversees the hiring, training, and development of ancillary staff members

Ensures legal and medical compliance and remains updated on regulations at the local, state, and federal levels

Requirements

Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy

Active (or in progress) California PT license

Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software

Knowledge of physical therapy office management systems and procedures

Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Outpatient experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply!
