I am familiar with ITSM tools like ServiceNow for managing incidents, problems, and changes.
I have experience creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation.
My technical skills include proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Azure Arc, Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), RBAC, application security, and compliance with frameworks like FedRAMP and NIST.

Responsibilities
