Equifax . The Solution Engineer is responsible for consulting with clients and advising them on how to integrate Equifax products and services to solve their business problems. This includes identifying and implementing improvements to existing business processes, managing contractual relationships, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The role acts as the main point of contact for clients regarding day-to-day service and satisfaction. What You’ll Do
Consult with clients to understand their business problems, propose solutions, and design technology implementations. Design custom solutions for credit risk decisioning using internal and external products. Manage client relationships and service delivery as per contracts. Coordinate activities across teams related to Equifax products and services. Act as a liaison during solution implementations, prioritize deliverables, and accept project outputs. Support platform operations and contribute to internal knowledge sharing. Drive strategic process improvements and develop a deep understanding of Equifax's data and technology. Plan and oversee the delivery of solutions into test and production environments, including go-live events. What Experience You Need
Bachelor's degree or higher. 2-5 years in customer-facing or consulting roles supporting enterprise clients. Experience in documenting business requirements or technical solutions. Background in IT, Business Analysis, or as a Product Owner. At least 1 year working in a cloud environment with API integrations. Experience with business management software for rules and decision flows. What Could Set You Apart
Experience with cloud environments and API management. Subject matter expertise in banking, lending, or credit risk policies. Knowledge of credit and lending processes. Certifications such as GCP or AWS Cloud Practitioner preferred. Agile/Scrum experience and excellent communication skills. Client service and relational database skills. Additional Information
