Hiring Overview Hiring across different categories for multiple premium KHC brands.
Job Description As an Associate Brand Manager, you will be accountable for creating customer demand and building a brand strategy to drive long‑term growth. You will have portfolio strategy, full P&L ownership, and manage customer and commercialization initiatives. Lead a cross‑functional team and manage the end‑to‑end commercialization process to bring new and exciting innovation products to market.
Key Components of the Role
Owns the P&L and comprehends key levers to drive profitability.
Monitors business performance, identifies actions needed, and implements action plan on key metrics (market share, volume and revenue trends and drivers, competitive performance).
Leverages syndicated data sources to understand own and competitor category performance, bringing forth insights and recommendations that drive business impact.
Contributes to the Masterbrand innovation strategy and 3‑year pipeline by identifying trends, consumer jobs to be done and innovation territories that align with our Masterbrand strategy and point‑of‑difference.
Leads the ideation, development and execution of new products for assigned brands. Manages the product commercialization process through the stage‑gate process and leads cross‑functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Culinary, CIS, Supply chain, Sales & Finance) ensuring timely, on‑budget and successful project completion.
Manages agency relationships for packaging design of new products, and leads validation with consumers in partnership with the consumer insights team.
Partners with the Marketing & Sales teams to develop compelling product launch plans, product positioning, packaging, and promotional strategies and customer & sales presentations.
Minimum Qualifications
Familiarity with Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, basic understanding of financial metrics and ability to interpret and apply financial data to inform business decisions.
Experience managing the full lifecycle of CPG product commercialization through the stage‑gate process, from idea generation to product launch and retail distribution.
Experience with syndicated sources such as Nielsen or Circana/IRI.
Strong project management skills with ability to successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on timelines (experience in cross‑functional team management preferred).
Compensation New Hire Base Salary Range: $102,100.00 - $127,600.00.
Bonus: Eligible for a performance‑based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
Compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
