Job Purpose
Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments, holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
Nature of Duties / Responsibilities
Must have at least 2-4 years of experience and knowledge of electronic sub assemblies & system integration.
Responsible for assembly and quality control of mechanical components and systems.
Work from detailed engineering instructions, drawings, and specifications to ensure the accurate assembly of mechanical parts and equipment.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools to assemble units.
Maintain accurate records of assembly processes and results, ensuring proper documentation of work.
Track and maintain parts, tools, and equipment inventory to ensure materials are stocked for continuous production.
Adhere to company safety protocols and maintain a clear and organized workplace.
Knowledge of ISO standards or other industry certifications is a plus.
Education and Experience
Previous experience minimum 2 years in mechanical assembly or a related field preferred.
Manual dexterity skills (proficiency with hand and power tools).
Basic understanding of mechanical systems and components.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to communicate and follow manufacturing process instructions in English.
Previous knowledge (one+ year) of electronic sub assemblies & system integration.
Ability to lift up to 20-45 pounds.
Ability to work during weekends and accommodate flexible time if needed.

Salary Range Salary Range (annual): $45,760 - $49,920 ($22 - $24 / hourly)
