Architectural Project Manager / Project Architect
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager/Project Architect to lead and oversee various architectural projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial and mixed‑use architecture, with a keen ability to manage teams, communicate effectively with clients, and deliver high‑quality design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural design projects, ensuring they meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to develop project objectives and timelines.
Prepare and present design proposals, working drawings, and specifications using Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Ensure compliance with AIA and NCARB standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee the production of rendering and presentation materials using InDesign and other software.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
Licensed architect with AIA and NCARB certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management, specifically in industrial and mixed‑use projects.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign, and rendering software.
Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Includes 401(k), PTO, Holiday, Vacation, and Life Insurance benefits.
Location: White Plains, NY. Salary: $65,000–$75,000.
